Here's a little something to make for Mother's Day to boost our moms' already-present radiance!
This recipe is nuts & seeds galore, providing a boost of antioxidants which are known for their anti-ageing benefits.
Healthy Trail Mix Bars
- 1/4 cup Almond Meal
- 1 cup Traditional Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Antioxidant Trail Mix
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup Extra-Smooth Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Combine almond meal, rolled oats and trail mix in a bowl.
- Add sweetener, almond butter, coconut oil and vanilla essence, then mix.
- Put mixture in rectangle baking tray and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
