Chia Pudding (3 Ingredients Only)

Easy Chia Pudding


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup or vanilla extract)
  • toppings of choice (fruits, granola, nuts..) 


  1. Prepare a jar with 1/2 cup of milk.
  2. Add in 1 tsp of sweetener.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of chia seeds and mix well until everything is incorporated into the milk.
  4. Close the jar and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.
  5. Add in your toppings of choice (fruits, granolanuts..) and enjoy!
