Reminiscing on my days back in university, overnight oats were my go-to breakfast (or even as dinner during exam season). They are delicious, a great way to include more fruits into my diet, and requires little to no effort to put together. Over the years, I still find myself making overnight oats whenever I need a quick meal or just as my go-to comfort food. Overnight oats are typically served chilled, straight from the refrigerator which is what makes them perfect for the warmer months.
2 sachets of Amazin' Graze Pink Berry Goodness Bowl
1 Tbsp of Plain Yoghurt
1 Tbsp Berry Jam
1 Tbsp Amazin' Graze Almond Butter
1/2 cup of your preferred milk
1. Add Pink Berry Goodness Bowl sachet, yoghurt, milk, berry jam, almond butter into a bowl or mason jar.
2. Stir until combined.
3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
4. Top with fresh fruits, granola or whatever your heart desires.
